DevOps and ML teams were stitching together separate tools to integrate models, run deployment pipelines, and monitor performance. Every handoff between tools was a chance to lose state, context, and time.
I designed the end-to-end dashboard experience: the information architecture, the deployment flow, pipeline states, and the monitoring views engineers check every day.
